Dear Cruise to the Edge Fans,

It’s the moment you have all been waiting for…the first update for the 2014 Cruise to the Edge!! Get ready for your own personal slice of heaven as we roll out one of the greatest lineups in Progressive Rock history!! Your host, YES would like to make it official and invite you to the party! We are ready to go so let’s prepare you to reserve your place aboard!!

In order to provide advanced information prior to the opening of our cruise reservation center, here are some important details about the cruise and the reservation process.

What’s Included

Practically everything is included: stateroom, meals, concerts, events, activities, selected band meet and greets and more. Most featured bands and artists will be performing at least twice during the cruise…the music never sleeps! Please note that all featured bands will be sailing for the entire cruise! THIS IS A FULL SHIP CHARTER WITH MUSIC FANS ONLY. THIS IS NOT YOUR GRANDMOTHER’S CRUISE…NO BINGO, NO NAPKIN FOLDING, NO BALLROOM DANCING, ETC!!


We have selected the perfect itinerary for our 5-night voyage as we visit the pristine waters of Isla de Roatan, Honduras and the white sandy beaches of Cozumel, Mexico. Please note that the Official Cruise Website, will go live on or before Thursday, August 22, 2013, at 2 pm Eastern. This will allow you time to review all the details before Priority Booking and General Reservations begin as described below.

Priority Booking

Priority Booking for Cruise to the Edge Past Passengers, begins at 2 pm Eastern on Monday, August 26, 2013. Past passengers will receive their own personal booking link via email to give them first shot at stateroom availability. All instructions for booking will be included. Past passengers will receive this email on Thursday, August 22, 2013.

General Reservations

General Reservations will open at 2 pm Eastern on Thursday, August 29, 2013, at Simply click the BOOK NOW link at the top right section of the navigation bar on the home page to access the online booking portal. In addition, a toll free Reservation and Guest Services line will be available from Noon to 6:30 pm Eastern, Monday thru Friday. For calls within the 50 United States, please call (855) 330-2883. For passengers calling outside the 50 United States, please call (954) 417-6264.

Due to anticipated high demand, we encourage you to book online, if possible. It will expedite the booking process and will limit your wait time.


Cabin prices start at $799 USD per person (double occupancy) with Quad cabins available (4 people sharing cabin) for only $550 USD per person. The sooner you book, the better your cabin and theater seating assignment…as with the first Cruise to the Edge, cabins and seats are assigned in the order of guest booking.

Due to anticipated high demand, we encourage you to book online, if possible. It will expedite the booking process and will limit your wait time.

Cabins are available for $1,799 USD per person. These cabins include premium concert access and other amenities as follows:

  • Early Entry to and best seating assignments to all Main Showroom Performances…Guaranteed first 12 rows.
  • VIP Check-in
  • VIP Cocktail Party
  • VIP Commemorative Gift and Goody Bag
  • Special Cruise to the Edge VIP Credentials


Due to the limited number of Yacht Club and Aurea Suites, we will not be taking reservations initially. However, an allotment of suites will be made available via random drawing in order to make it fair for everyone who is interested. If you would like to purchase one of these suites, you will be able to make a request after you have completed your booking. Here is the process:

Make your booking either online or via our toll free number.

Once your booking is completed, you will receive an email with a link to a registration page to request entry into the Suite Upgrade Program.

Complete the Suite Upgrade Program Request Form at the provided link.

Names will be randomly drawn on Wednesday, October 30, 2013. Guests will be contacted the following week in order of the draw and will be given a choice of the available suites.

Guests will be required to pay the cost difference between their existing booked cabin and the suite that is selected. The cost difference will require no additional initial deposit however, the Payment Plan due dates (see below) shall apply. If any guest selected in the drawing decides not to take advantage of the suite upgrade, additional names will be selected as required until all the suites are taken.

Please note that only booked guests may join the Suite Upgrade Program.

Yacht Club and Aurea Suite pricing ranges between $2,399 and $3,299 per person and will include VIP amenities that will be announced in the next few weeks.

Payments & Discounts

Payment Plan

You can reserve your cabin for only $100 USD per person deposit, (until October 3, 2013), with the balance spread out over 3 (three) additional payments as follows:

October 3, 2013 – $400 USD per person
November 22, 2013 – 50% of the remaining balance due
January 23, 2014 – Remaining balance due

Paid in Full Discount

In an effort to reduce costs even further for our Cruise to the Edge family, your CTTE Cruise Team is offering a Paid in Full Discount for the 2014 cruise. When booking your cruise, you may select the Paid in Full option during the booking process and receive a 5% cabin discount (basic cruise fare only) on the purchase of your cabin. Full payment must be received within 72 business hours of booking your cruise to receive the offer. Discount is applicable to base cruise rates only and is not offered on the fee supplement. The entire cabin must be paid in full to receive this discount.

International Airpass Program

Fans throughout the world are invited to be a part of Cruise to the Edge, scheduled to depart Miami, Florida on April 7, 2014 on a five-night journey to the Caribbean. In an effort to assist with the cost of international air travel, CTTE has announced the INTERNATIONAL AIRPASS PROGRAM. The program, designed for travelers flying into Florida from world destinations outside of the 50 United States, provides a significant cabin credit applied directly against the cost of the cruise. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotional code, with the exception of the Paid in Full Discount. Credits are available as follows:

Travelers from Canada & Mexico – $75 USD per person
($150 per cabin maximum)

All other International Travelers
Inside Cabins – $100 USD per person
($200 per cabin maximum)
Oceanview & Standard Balcony Cabins – $150 USD per person
($300 per cabin maximum)
Large Balcony & Suite Cabins – $250 USD per person
($500 per cabin maximum)

When booking online, look for the “Promotional Code” box on the first page of the booking form and type in “AIRPASS” in the box.

Complete your booking with deposit by September 30, 2013*

The travel credit will be applied to your cruise booking and your balance will be adjusted accordingly after your reservation has been reviewed by our Customer Service Department to confirm your departure country as noted above. Please note that this is a manual process so the adjustment will not appear on your reservation confirmation.
In addition, many European travelers can realize considerable savings due to favorable Euro to US dollar exchange rates. Early booking is recommended for best cabin selection.

*Bookings must be made on or before September 30, 2013 as instructed above. Travelers may be asked to show proof of international air purchase to receive offer. Offers and promotions are capacity controlled and may be terminated at any time. All prices and promotional discounts are in US dollars and cannot be redeemed for cash.

This package will be available with HUGE $$ SAVINGS when combined with the Cruise to the Edge and will be offered to you via email a few days after you have completed your Cruise to the Edge booking.
